The highly anticipated KL BAR CHARITY NIGHT 2010 is happening again this year on 2nd July, 2010, 7pm-11pm @ Gosh, Asian Heritage Row!
Back by popular demand, the highlight would be our aptly named talent show, GOSH! Still Legally Talented – Too Legit To Quit! which promises spectacular performances by pupils and lawyers, all in the spirit of raising funds for charity!
This year, we are raising funds for two homes, namely the Marginal Youth Centre (home for children whom are either orphans, abused or from a single parent family) and the Selangor Handicapped & Mentally Retarded Children Centre (a home for the autistic, bed-ridden, blind, deaf and the mentally handicapped children).
Expect a whole smorgasbord of performances including comedy, rock bands, dancing and solo serenade. There is even a Wonder Girls/Wonder Boys face-off representing two major firms in a true battle of the sexes! Which of the two would wow us all and reign supreme? Support your favourite act by donating more cash to your favourite performers!
For those who are worried about not being able to catch the World Cup quarter finals match slated at 10pm, do not fret! Gosh will be broadcasting the match... LIVE!!
Tickets are priced (reasonably!) at RM30 prior to 2nd July, 2010 and RM35 for tickets purchased at the door. Prices are inclusive of two drinks of your choice and finger food. Funds collected from these tourneys will be channeled towards the National Cancer Society Malaysia’s (NCSM) cancer treatment fund for underprivileged cancer patients.
Dear Friends,
First of all we would like to thank you for your support towards the NCSM - Swing Vision Golf Challenge. The Challenge series will involve 3 tournaments whereby funds a gathered through each individual tournament of the series, with the preliminary events in March and June 2010. The grand final is slated for September 2010.
All participants receive the Swing Vision Tour Card which entitles you to great discounts on travel and various merchandise! Great prizes including vacations throughout Asia await! This includes the main prizes, supplementary competitions and lucky draw.
For those non-golfers and family get ready for our “Walk in the Clouds” event which features our treasure hunt and hot air balloon ride!
The first of the preliminary events will be held at the Awana Genting Highlands Golf & Country Resort on the 26th March 2010.
You can contribute to this gracious endeavour by:
1. Becoming a flight sponsor – you will participate as a team of 4 players
2. Becoming a silver sponsor
3. Becoming a gold sponsor
4. Purchase of golf & other merchandise during the event.
5. Dinner auction
The entry fee as a flight sponsor is RM1,000(team of 4 players) for the first preliminary event. It includes insurance, buggy, caddies, and lunch/dinner.
If you chose to enter as an individual the entry fee is RM250 per person and you will be designated a team on the day.
An additional RM30 per person will be charged upon registration for participation in the lucky draw and supplementary competitions.
Entry fee for the “Walk in the Clouds” event is RM230 per person.
If you become a silver sponsor at R500 for the first preliminary event, your company will receive a ½ page advertorial on the September 2010 edition of the Swing Vision Golf Digest, the official series souvenir brochure, which is published and distributed to golf clubs and renowned hotels in the Klang Valley.
If you become a gold sponsor at RM1,000 for the first preliminary event, your company will receive a full page advertorial on the September 2010 edition of the Swing Vision Golf Digest, the official series souvenir brochure, which is published and distributed to golf clubs and renowned hotels in the Klang Valley.
